Isagenix Compensation Plan

In the Isagenix Compensation Plan, you are earning money through retail profits, product introduction bonuses, team bonuses and matching check bonuses. The plan is a binary, with exactly two downline members directly under each distributor.

Retail Profits

You can join Isagenix as an Independent Associate for a fee of $39, which includes one year access to a personalized Associate Website, Back office and a Business Center, with a left and a right Sales Team. As an Associate, you are earning a retail profit of up to 33% of the retail price form all personal sales. The average profit is 24%.

Team Bonus

To earn Team Bonuses, you need advance to the rank of Consultant. That means you need to be active and have at least two personally sponsored, active Associates, one in your right and one in your left team. As a consultant, you receive a team bonus of $56 on sales in your team, whenever the team accumulates 900 GV, with at least 600 GV on one side and 300GV on the other. The bonus is paid to infinite depth.

In this binary compensation plan, new Associates are placed at the bottom of an outer leg, beneath one of the most recently added Associates. This means that your upline may place enough Associates into your larger leg to cover 600 GV for a week. In that case, you will have to generate only 300 GV in sales in your smaller leg to trigger a bonus.

GV is the total value of BV points assigned to product sold. One BV point equals $1.82 on average, so 900 GV corresponds to $1,638, and 300 BV to $546. This gives a team bonus percentage of 3.4% on 900 BV and 10.2% on 300 BV.

Matching Check Bonus

You earn a matching team bonus at the rank of Executive, with five personally sponsored Consultants on each of your left and right teams. The bonus is 10% of the team bonus of all personally sponsored Associates, Consultants and Executives.

Isagenix Training

Isagenix offers Associate training through its Personal Development Program, overseen by Chief Training Officer David Wood. The program contains 5 training modules on CD and at live events, with prices ranging from $147 to $1995. The first module teaches warm market approaches, telephone skills and presentation skills.

A number of Isagenix leaders are offering additional training through training calls, online and through events.

Isagenix Home Business Recommendations

Isagenix offers the opportunity to build a profitable home business through marketing its products. There is a small signup and annual fee, plus a minimal monthly business volume requirement.

The binary compensation plan allows you to benefit from volume generated by your upline, and thereby increases your team volume bonus percentage.
