Ignite Inc. is a retailer of electricity and natural gas, provided by its parent, Stream Energy. Stream Energy has sales close to $1 billion, and 400,000 customers in Texas and Georgia. Ignite Inc was founded in 2005 by Rob Snyder, Pierre Koshakji and Chris Domhoff and is marketing its services through a network of independent associates.

Ignite Energy Compensation Plan

You can join Ignite Energy as a Director by buying the Ignite Services Program for a time fee of $329 plus an annual renewal fee of $199. Your Ignite Homesite comes to $24.95 per month = 239.40 per year.

To qualify for bonuses and leadership income, you need to add 4 energy accounts within 30 days after enrolling. One can be your own, and your Homesite counts for two, so you need only to get one more energy account.

Immediate Income (Quick Start and Business Builder Bonus)

When you get qualified, you are earning a quick start bonus of $100 on your own qualification, plus additional bonuses for enrolling 10 more energy accounts within 60 days and for enrolling qualified directors within the first 30 day.

Leadership Bonus

These are recruiting bonuses paid on every new Associate that comes into your downline and adds two energy accounts within the first 30 days, for example a new qualified director. This bonus ranges from $50 to $125, depending on your leadership rank.

Residual income

This is income paid monthly from enrolled energy accounts. The amount paid per month depends on the level in your downline:

You can also join Ignite Energy for a one-time refundable fee of $199. However, you do not receive Ignite home office support and must pay extra for services such as the Power Pack, training, and downline organization and commission reports. Plus, your sponsor and upline leaders will not receive Business Builder and Leadership Bonuses.

Ignite Energy Marketing and Training

Training for Ignite Energy is done at training events called Ignite Academy, through web sites with recorded training calls and through materials contained in the "Power Pack" marketing kit that comes with the $329 Services Program. Marketing is restricted to warm market contacts, unless you get trained and certified as a Marketing Associate, for a $99 fee.

Ignite Opportunity Review And Summary

With the Ignite Energy Opportunity, it will be very difficult to even recover your annual payments to Ignite from retail sales (energy accounts) alone, without recruiting bonuses and without a large downline of at least four levels. To generate $50 per month, you need to have 100 energy accounts.
