The Herbalife compensation plan is a breakaway plan. There are three major groups of ranks, starting at Distributor, Supervisor and Global Expansion Team. Supervisor is the break away rank.
You can join Herbalife as a Distributor by buying the International Business Pack for $95.00. The pack contains $ 97.50 worth of products plus business forms and documents.
As a Distributor you are earning from retailing products, with a commission of 25%. If you order above 800 volume points in two months or less, you are promoted to Senior Consultant, and enjoy a sliding commission scale from 30% to 42%. As a Senior Consultant, you receive wholesale profits from the sales of your distributors, as the difference between the wholesale volume of your distributors and your corresponding wholesale volume
Once you achieve 4,000 volume points (VP) in
a month or 2,500 VP in each of two months, you are advancing to
Supervisor rank. You are now receiving "royalty" override commissions
from
0% to 5%, on the volume of other supervisors in your downline,
depending on your total volume.
The third
group of ranks is Top Achievers Business (TAB). You are advancing to
TAB status, if your royalty points from overrides exceed 1000 royalty
points for three consecutive months. As a TAB, you are receiving
production bonuses from 2% to 7% on the volume of your entire
organization, plus additional special awards.
Herbalife training
Herbalife training is available from the company through training materials in the international business pack, and training calls. Several Herbalife upline leaders are also hosting training websites, including scripts and web tool offers for marketing the products and opportunity. Training in how to find customers is mostly about contacting your warm market, and circle of local contacts.
