Arbonne Company

Arbonne International LLC is a US company that was founded in 1980. The company is operating in the US, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. In 2007, the company paid more than $226 million in overrides and bonuses to its independent distributors.

The current CEO is Katherine Napier, an experienced executive who served as the head of the North American Pharmaceutical division of Procter and Gamble, and as Senior Vice President at McDonalds.

Arbonne Products

Arbonne started out with a line of Swiss formulated cosmetics. In addition to cosmetics and skincare, its line of products now includes weight loss programs, nutritional supplements and essential oils for aroma therapy. All products are plant based, without animal ingredients.

Arbonne Marketing and Compensation Plan

Arbonne is marketing its products directly through its own corporate website, and through a network of Preferred Clients and Independent Consultants

As an Arbonne distributor, you are earning compensation in two ways

1. Retail profits on sales of products you purchased at wholesale
2. Commission, bonuses and overrides paid on the sales volume of other Preferred Clients and Customers in your downline

As a Preferred Client, you can join for a $29 signup fee. You receive a 20% discount off the Suggested Retail Price SRP) of all products, and a 4% override on 65% of  the volume of all personally sponsored Preferred Clients and Consultants (net override = 2.6% of retail volume).

As an Independent Consultant, you can join for a $109 sign-up fee and receive a 35% discount off the SRP. In addition to the 4% override, you are also receiving a 15% commission on all retail orders that are placed by personally sponsored Preferred Clients. The following example shows how many preferred clients you need to cover your own product purchases.

• 1 preferred client order of $100 generates 15% = $ 15
• Your own monthly order of $100 with 35% discount is a cost of $65.
• 5 preferred client orders generate 5*$15 = $75, covering your monthly order of $65 plus $10 profit.

With increasing and sustained volume of retail sales, you are advancing to leadership ranks of district and area manager, and further to regional and national vice president.

At these levels, you are also receiving overrides and commissions on the retail sales volume in your entire downline, down to 3 levels and down to 6 levels for national vide presidents.

Once you have achieved a leadership rank, you need to generate certain minimal levels of retail volume in your organization, to maintain your rank. For example, as a district manager, you need to maintain 2,500 retail volume every month.

Arbonne Training

Arbonne University is offering training through online courses. Topics include Basic Consultant Training in web tools and presentation skills, management and leadership training, product knowledge, personal development and sponsoring.
